LIVE WEDDING PAINTINGS

An original painting created live during your wedding.

Together, we'll choose the moment that best captures the story of your wedding, whether it's your first dance, first kiss, ceremony, private last dance, or another meaningful moment.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. WE CONNECT. We'll talk about your wedding, your vision, and the artwork you'd like to create. Once your date is reserved, I'll work with you to gather the details needed to begin planning your painting.
  2. WE PLAN THE PAINTING. Together, we'll review your venue, timeline, and the moment you'd like captured. We'll also discuss composition, important details, and any personal touches you'd like included so the finished artwork feels uniquely yours.
  3. I PAINT LIVE. On your wedding day, I arrive approximately one hour before my scheduled start time to set up my easel and materials. Throughout your celebration, guests are welcome to stop by, watch the painting evolve, and ask questions while I work.
  4. FINAL DETAILS. After your celebration, I'll bring your artwork back to my studio for final details and finishing touches. My priority is creating the strongest possible finished piece rather than rushing the artwork to meet a specific end time.
  5. FINISHING & DELIVERY. Once complete, painted artwork is allowed time to cure before being professionally varnished and carefully prepared for delivery. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks after your wedding for studio refinement, finishing, and preparation of your artwork.

LIVE GUEST PORTRAITS

Expressive oil pastel portraits created live during your celebration.
Each portrait is hand drawn in my signature style, giving your guests a one-of-a-kind keepsake they'll enjoy long after your wedding day.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. WE PLAN. Before your wedding, we'll discuss your timeline, portrait session, and any guests you'd like prioritized, such as parents, grandparents, or members of the wedding party.
  2. I DRAW LIVE. During cocktail hour or your reception, my assistant welcomes guests, manages the portrait queue, and photographs each guest or group while I focus on drawing. Portraits are created for guests who choose to participate and pose for a reference photograph.
  3. PORTRAIT PICKUP. Completed portraits are packaged in a protective clear sleeve with a backing board so guests can safely enjoy the rest of the celebration before taking them home.
  4. STUDIO COMPLETION. For Classic and Deluxe packages, portraits not completed live are finished in my studio using reference photographs taken by my assistant during your event. The Micro Wedding Package includes live drawing only.

Choosing a package. Not every guest chooses to sit for a portrait; most couples find that about half to two-thirds take part. Pick the package for how many guests you’d like covered. It doesn’t need to match your headcount, and you can move up a tier any time before the wedding.

Studio portraits are created from reference photographs taken by my assistant during your event and are included with Classic and Deluxe packages for guests who posed but weren’t drawn live. Portraits are created only for guests who choose to participate; unused coverage isn’t carried over to other subjects or refunded. Coverage is counted per person, even when two guests share one portrait, and the number drawn live is approximate.

MINI PAINTINGS

Original 4×4 inch canvases, individually hand-painted to complement your wedding’s theme, décor, colors, and personal style. Each comes with a wooden easel for display at your wedding and becomes a keepsake for guests to take home.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. WE PLAN. Before your wedding, we'll discuss your theme, color palette, décor, and personal style to create a cohesive set of miniature paintings designed especially for your celebration.
  2. I PAINT. Each 4×4 canvas is individually hand-painted in my studio, creating original artwork inspired by the details of your wedding.
  3. WE PERSONALIZE. If you've selected personalized easels, you'll provide your guest list and table assignments so each painting can double as a place card.
  4. YOUR GUESTS ENJOY. The finished paintings are displayed at your reception, adding an artistic touch to your tables. At the end of the celebration, each guest takes home an original piece of art.

Choose from acrylic paintings on canvas, expressive oil pastel drawings on paper, hand-painted wine glasses, vases, candle holders, and other personalized keepsakes. Enjoy your artwork at home or give a personal gift to your partner, wedding party, or parents.

Each commission is quoted individually based on medium, size, design, number of subjects, and personalization.

TRAVEL & ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Travel within 25 driving miles of Highland Park, NJ, is included. Beyond that distance, additional mileage is charged at $0.80 per mile, round trip. Tolls, parking, and overnight accommodations may apply depending on the event location. All applicable travel costs will be outlined in your personalized quote before booking.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Rates are confirmed at the time of booking and honored once a signed agreement and retainer are received.
